Activities:
Provide administrative support to company areas, organizing documents, files and records.
Assist in controlling document flow, electronic timekeeping, and payroll checking.
Prepare reports and spreadsheets for analysis and control of information
Forward operation report to company headquarters
Provide telephone and in-person service, assisting customers and employees with questions and requests.
Keep track of correspondence and documents, ensuring their correct distribution and archiving.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the organization and updating of administrative documents and processes.
Comply with deadlines and internal procedures, ensuring the efficiency of operations.
Work collaboratively with other sectors, facilitating the flow of information.
Maintain an organized work environment, ensuring the confidentiality of information.
Benefits:

Working hours: Monday to Friday, allowing weekends free for rest and personal activities.
