OPERATOR II – Colina/ SP

PURPOSE AND IMPACT OF THE WORK

Full ability to operate via supervisory control panel and/or manually the processes of receiving, pre-cleaning, drying, storing and shipping grains in the warehouse, controlling the parameters of each stage of the processes according to standards defined by Cargill and customers, recording the operations and contacting the manager in case of deviations in the products, processes or equipment, aiming at preventive and corrective measures that guarantee the proper flow of operations and the required quality for the products. Provide guidance to seasonal workers, unloading teams (union) and less experienced operators.

Be able to operate shifts during corn and/or soybean harvest periods and have the knowledge to classify these grains. Likewise, you need to have the necessary skills to train other team members in this knowledge.

Comply with Cargill's Food Safety and Security Policies and ensure the cleanliness and organization of operational areas, as well as perform maintenance, provided that you have the knowledge and training to do so.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed elementary education

• Experience in operations or manufacturing environment

• License B

• Basic knowledge of computers.

• Availability to work shifts during the Harvest.

• Experience with grain processing machines is desirable.

• Knowledge of drying processes, grain receiving and storage processes

• Desirable at least one harvest carried out as a seasonal worker in a warehouse production process.

• Basic notions of mechanics to operate equipment without risks and small maintenance activities

• Knowledge of mechanics/electrical engineering will be considered a plus
