Job details:
• Working hours: 180 hours per month
• Scale: 12×36
Main responsibilities:
• Receives and provides support services to patients and their companions;
• Receiving and sending documents;
• Receive and transmit telephone and fax messages;
• Directs patients to examination rooms and offices;
• Provide support to the administration of the Emergency Room;
• Opens outpatient records.
Requirements for participation in this Selection Process:
• Completed high school.
• Minimum age 18 years old until the start of registration.
• Minimum experience of 6 (six) months working in the role.
• Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
• Have a digital CTPS.
Stages of the Evaluation Process: all eliminatory and qualifying:
• Analysis of the CV and application.
• In-person or online theoretical test.
• Behavioral and Technical Interview, in group or individual, in person or online.
