Human Resources Analyst

Act as a Business Partner, be an ambassador for the group's culture and HR strategies in the unit;
Support to the Commercial Manager in monitoring the performance and development of sector leaders, in managing internal conflicts and decision-making;
Act in the R&S, T&D processes, development and inclusion programs (apprentice quota/PCD), act in the analysis and propose improvements to HR indicators, service to employees, representative in labor hearings, supervise the activities developed by the HR assistant.

Requirements:
Higher education degree in Administration, HR Management, Psychology or related areas.
Have experience with personnel administration and people management routines.
