We are looking for an Institutional Relations Analyst to join our team and work strategically to strengthen the company's relationships with external partners and stakeholders. You will be a key member of our mission to promote innovative solutions to improve the population's quality of life, especially in public health initiatives. Check out other activities below:
Carry out dialogue between the company and its external stakeholders;
Support the development of relationship and communication strategies, with a focus on strengthening institutional presence and creating opportunities for engagement with the community;
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders (government, public and private sector entities, social organizations, communities, etc.), aiming to promote strategic partnerships;
Build partnerships with public health institutions, NGOs, and other social organizations to support and expand the company's programs and initiatives;
Represent the company at industry events, meetings and forums;
Be a spokesperson and focal point for the company in media relations,
developing and managing direct relationships with journalists, media outlets and influencers, with the aim of ensuring visibility and coverage of the company's actions and projects;
Create and coordinate the flow of information to the media, ensuring that external communication is aligned with the company's strategic objectives and institutional image;
Maintain proactive communication with the media, promoting the company as a reference in the public health sector;
Produce, and also in some cases, support the production of materials for the press, such as releases, official notes, interviews and articles;
Work collaboratively with the Communications Analyst, ensuring that communication strategies are integrated and consistent;
Monitor the company's reputation in the media, monitoring and responding quickly to any news or information that may impact the organization's image;
Carry out monitoring and analysis of results;
Collaborate in the planning, organization and execution of events;
Support Customer Experience Analysis;
Monitor trends and relevant information from the public health sector and related areas.
Prerequisites:
Higher education in Public Relations, Communication, Marketing, Administration or related areas;
Previous experience in institutional relations, preferably in areas related to public health, social services or with large populations;
Hybrid model (3x in-person and 2x remote);
Place of work: CIC.
