“Konecta Brasil is looking for professionals for the position of Call Center Operator – Cross Convergent. If you are a decisive, ambitious, communicative person who is passionate about sales, we have an excellent opportunity for you!
Among the main responsibilities:
– Provide proactive customer service, seeking to resolve queries and problems;
– Provide guidance and clarification to the customer to resolve problems on their mobile or fixed line, at the end of the call, offer sales of various telephone products or upgrades to the package.
Service will be via voice

– Good communication and writing skills;
– Knowledge of problem solving and conflict management;
– Tuned into technology and digital tools;
– Availability to work flexible hours.
Workplace: Osasco – Near Shopping União
Salary R$ 1,416.28 + unlimited commission and benefits.
Schedule: 6×1 alternating days off between Saturday and Sunday
Daily workload: 6h20 per day.
