Working hours: Monday to Friday from 10am to 7pm
Salary: R$ 4,000.00

Responsibilities and duties

Act as a sales consultant in digital marketing, proactively identifying opportunities.
Create and maintain a solid relationship with customers, using telephone, WhatsApp and email as the main contact channels.
Demonstrate the value of the solutions offered, sending detailed proposals and following up with the client until the sale is closed.
Ensure quick responses to requests and complaints, always focusing on customer satisfaction.
Manage activities and schedules in the CRM system, in addition to mapping the customer decision-making process.
Deliver weekly/monthly reports and interact with the marketing team to qualify leads and create strategies.

Requirements and qualifications:
Experience in consultative sales, especially by telephone, with a customer focus.
Knowledge of digital marketing and sales targets is desirable.
Sales profile, dynamic, resilient and with excellent argumentation skills.
Proactivity and ease in adapting to rapid changes.
Good communication, ability to work under pressure and ability to deal with norms and rules.
Experience in using CRM systems and qualifying leads.
Knowledge of the SprintHUb tool is desirable.
Experience with artificial intelligence tools is desirable.
Genuine interest in contributing to the growth of the commercial area.
