SUGGAR Eletrodomésticos is looking for a qualified professional to fill the position of Customer Service Representative. We are looking for someone with communication, negotiation and argumentation skills, who has good knowledge of office suite and previous experience with telemarketing.
Job responsibilities:
-Identify and resolve customer needs (questions, suggestions and complaints) through telephone contact, aiming at customer satisfaction;
-Monitor products, analyzing customer reactions, identifying and preventing potential problems, in order to pass on information to the responsible sectors.
Necessary requirements for the position:
-Good typing,
-Good communication;
-Dynamism;
-Firm and secure posture.
Desirable:
– Previous experience in the area of SAC or customer service;
– Knowledge of the home appliance market.
