What you will do on a daily basis:
• Describe, implement and standardize processes;
• Identify problems, waste and improvements in the production process, through systematic monitoring;
• Develop Action Plans (A3) together with the improvement group, assisting and supervising actions.;
• Train and qualify employees on processes, in identifying waste, as well as in searching for data that enables decision-making and eliminating the cause of waste;
• Develop and control automation projects;
• Evaluate work rhythms and methods to establish standard times and methods;
• Control and archive physical and electronic documents;
• Prepare calculations of the installed capacity of equipment;
• Analyze production process operations, proposing changes to improve process productivity.

? Education: Degree in Production Engineering, Administration or related areas.
