Administrative Assistant

External administrative assistant, fill out contracts via the system, explain course access tutorials to students, generate logins and passwords for them, travel from one city to another, prepare reports and check-in.
Requirements (what skills does the candidate need to have to apply)
Good communicator, basic computer skills, availability to travel
Differential: if the candidate has skills that would be a differential when applying for the position
Sales experience to help the seller if necessary
Place of work:
Umuarama PR region, a radius of 500 to 600 km around Umuarama

Working hours:
44 hours per week
Open from Tuesday to Friday from 9 am to 12 pm and from 1:30 pm to 7 pm, and may close at 11:30 am and 6:30 pm if there are no customers. The hours added together total 25 hours per week, the remaining 44 hours are used for travel.
