We are looking for a committed and dedicated professional who has the necessary skills to ensure the sanitation and conservation of indoor and outdoor condominium environments.
The responsibilities of this position include cleaning and sanitizing common areas, elevators, stairs, garages and other public spaces in the condominium. The Cleaning and Conservation Agent will also be responsible for the maintenance of external areas, such as gardens, playgrounds and leisure areas, which includes the proper use of cleaning machinery and its maintenance.
Additionally, we are looking for a professional who has knowledge in handling cleaning chemicals, cleaning machines and equipment.

– Proven experience in cleaning and maintenance activities in condominiums;
– Technical knowledge in cleaning and conservation of internal and external areas;
– Skill in using cleaning machines and equipment;
– Availability to work full time and on weekends and holidays;
