Position: Bilingual Service Analyst
Working model: In-person (Barra Funda)
Scale: 6×1 (alternating gaps)
Schedule: Three shifts available.
Morning: 9am to 3:20pm
Afternoon: 3:20pm to 9:40pm
Night: 4:40pm to 11pm
Salary: R$ 2,259.99

Activities:
Service in Portuguese;
Report to customers sometimes in English;
Respond professionally and empathetically to all interactions with the Community;
Responsible for mediating between hosts and guests for check-in/check-out issues, processing cancellation requests and refunds;
Investigate, identify and address issues appropriately, prioritizing sensitive issues;
Requirements:
Completed high school;
Intermediate (B2) or Advanced (C1) English;
Experience in customer service, preferably in a call center, is desirable;
Computer knowledge and fast typing;
Written communication, attention and concentration, patience and communication skills under pressure;
Training schedule:
Regardless of the work schedule, the training period takes place in person from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:12 pm, lasting 5 weeks (Fully paid).
It is worth highlighting that the training is entirely in English.
