Perform Check-in (patient admission) and Check-out (patient discharge), accompany clients and family members when entering and/or leaving the hospital, making the appropriate control records of the area, as well as their belongings;
Provide information to customers and their families regarding available services and deliver correspondence and packages intended for them;
Guide and accompany clients around the Hospital when necessary;
Welcome the client at the Hospital entrances, paying attention to the need to provide wheelchairs;
Respond to requests from the CATI Internal Telephone Service Center, supporting Hospitality in responding to customer requests when necessary.
Take care of work equipment (trolleys and chairs), ensuring that these items are clean and working properly; Answer telephone calls and customers who request information in person;
Register visitors and patients who access reception, for access control.
Act in a humanized manner in the relationship with the patient, family and internal client, in accordance with the Planetree Philosophy and patient quality and safety guidelines (institutional);
Know the risks in the workplace, comply with and enforce procedures, legal provisions, standards, instructions and Health, Safety and Environment policies (institutional). Use energy (electricity, natural gas, among others) rationally. (Institutional)
