Perform activities related to receiving slaughtered animals, deboning them, preparing them and preserving them for use. Deboning and cleaning red and white meat. Keeping work tools in order, ensuring they are clean.
Provide customer service and guidance on meat. Organization, separation, replacement, validity control.
Controls the supply of stock
Organize and order the Tasks to be developed.
OTHER ACTIVITIES RELEVANT TO THE POSITION:
Cleaning of the butcher shop environment and its surroundings; Cleaning of cameras;
Cleaning of equipment used in the butcher shop Organizing equipment and PPE
