– Provide specialized voice support to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction.
– Handle requests for information, rebooking, check-in, payment issues, quotes, complaints and sales of baggage, seats and tickets, among other activities.

|TIMES: AFTERNOON 2:20 PM to 8:40 PM OR 5:10 PM TO 11:30 PM
|Scale: 6 x 1- (Day off FRIDAY- SATURDAY OR SUNDAY)
Working hours: 6h20 per day
|Face-to-Face Work
|CLT regime.
|Training: In person.

Requirements
Completed high school;
Basic knowledge of computers;
Good communication;
Professional and ethical attitude;
Have easy access to the downtown area of OSASCO;
(WITH OR WITHOUT EXPERIENCE)
