We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our team.
This is a key role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience when interacting with our company, which operates in the energy and gas sector.
We are looking for someone with a profile that combines technical and customer service skills, with a special focus on energy and gas bills.

The ideal candidate must have completed or be in higher education, which demonstrates a solid knowledge base that can be applied in specific customer service situations.

Salary: 1,805.00 + Benefits

Shift: Morning and Afternoon
Scale: 6×1 – Variable clearance
Modality: 100% In-person
