Responsibilities:
Inbound service via voice and WhatsApp for retail and high-value customers;
Clarification of financial doubts and support in advance of payments;
Performing financial calculations, including pro-rata;
Assistance in canceling accounts and resolving financial issues;
Managing multiple tasks and maintaining accurate records;
Personalized service, understanding customer needs.
Requirements:
Completed high school;
Knowledge of computers and typing;
Experience in customer service, preferably in the financial or retail sector, will be an advantage;
Good communication and analytical skills;
Availability to work in person.
