You will be responsible for serving customers via email, chat, and other communication channels, ensuring that all company processes are followed. You will also be responsible for answering phone calls when necessary, recording information about interactions in the system, rescheduling deliveries, and resolving complaints, always focusing on improving the customer experience. In addition, you will oversee after-sales for e-commerce and physical stores.
