As a Business Manager at Cielo, your biggest challenge will be to make the best decisions based on your customer. You will be responsible for prospecting new customers, selling products and services, and managing and maintaining your customer portfolio.

To do this, it is very important that you are a communicative person, enjoy being with people and have good interpersonal relationships and have experience in the commercial area.

Prospecting for new customers (PAP), with daily visits to customers (on average 15 visits per day).
Goal: 4 new customers per week, average revenue of 25k/month.
Management of the customer portfolio with a Retail profile, between 120 and 150 active chairs.
Delight, make a profit and build loyalty: carry out post-sales and periodic visits, in addition to being attentive to opportunities.
Recovery and protection of customers with the objective of portfolio profitability and maintaining 100% of customers and recovering customers who use Cielo as Backup.
Participate in training and stay up to date on products, processes and services.
Experience in the Commercial area with EXTERNAL SALES, mainly in the card/acquiring market is a differential.
Availability to travel within the region of operation
A higher education degree is not a requirement, but a differential.
Basic knowledge of Excel and Power Point.
