Main responsibilities:
– Assist customers by telephone, ensuring courteous, efficient and quality service.
– Resolve problems and provide solutions to any type of customer query or complaint.
– Record all interactions with customers in our system for proper monitoring and analysis.
– Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services in order to provide accurate and complete responses to customers.
– Work as a team, collaborating with other internal areas to ensure an exceptional customer service experience at all times.
Requirements:
– Availability to work from 3:40 pm to 10:00 pm and weekends.
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, ensuring clear, concise and friendly service.
– Ability to actively listen and understand the client’s needs, offering personalized solutions.
– Basic knowledge of automotive products will be considered a differential.
– Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, remaining focused and calm even in high-pressure situations.
– Full time availability.
– Basic computer knowledge.
