We are looking for:
A person who challenges the status quo, is determined to be the best, with a desire to grow with the business, bringing innovation and a relationship of trust and respect with all stakeholders, above all, focusing on the internal and external customer.
Your biggest challenges:
Analysis of daily customer portfolio of orders, available stock, production and transmission for billing, informing which orders should be shipped via electronic spreadsheet.
Monitor the production plan, reviewing the quarterly master production plan, validating information and including sales orders as requested by the manager.
Monitor billing via the system, consolidate information and send it by email.
Issue and monitor daily reports, send a map to the specific client, informing the products that are in production, stock and billing.
Provide support to representatives by monitoring open orders, orders to be invoiced and in all administrative processes related to handling sales orders.
Issue and monitor the issuance of reports regarding bonuses generated by the customer and transmit them to the finance department to generate discounts on orders placed.
System approval, item registration and table updating.
Participate in training on topics related to the company's business, area of activity or position held, aiming at personal and professional development.
Know the Vision, Mission and Values, as well as the internal procedures and pre-established policies, thus collaborating to add value to the business with quality, respect for life and the environment.
Provide assistance and perform other related professional activities inherent to the position held, as directed and/or requested by the immediate superior.
Requirements and qualifications:
Experience in the field
Completed higher education in Administration, Marketing or related areas
Analytical profile
Intermediate English or Spanish
Advanced Excel
Power BI Differential
Workplace Sao Paulo (Vila Liviero)
Working hours: Monday to Friday business hours.
