Requirements:
Must have solid experience in the sales area, preferably in companies in the same segment. Must have skills in negotiation, market analysis, development of sales strategies and team management. Excellent communication skills, leadership skills, proactivity and focus on results are essential. In addition, it is desirable that the candidate has a higher education degree in Administration, Marketing or related areas. Knowledge of CRM tools and advanced Excel will be considered a differential. Activities:
Create customized dashboards and reports to monitor purchases, goals and sales, using TOTVS BI and SAP tools.;Generate reports that cross-reference the established goals with the results obtained.;Evaluate the best-selling products, the least-selling products and those that need to be replaced.
Create segmented analyses by product categories, regions or sales teams. Analyze data to identify bottlenecks, opportunities for improvement and consumption or purchasing trends.
Prepare demand and supply forecasts, considering sales history and seasonality.
Work closely with purchasing, sales and finance teams to align objectives. Monitor inventory turnover to avoid excess or shortage of products.
