• Assist in carrying out activities involving the maintenance of school protocol, document archiving, student settlement records, research, registration and documentation of student school life and information gathering that may provide support for the continuity of the School's routine and procedures;
• Support the immediate superior, providing assistance and filling out documents related to enrollment, transfer, adaptation and course completion, as well as requests from teachers, students and the general public;
Support the House's fundraising actions, incorporating the culture of the Santa Network
Catarina and the professionalism in the tasks performed;
• Carry out active prospecting of partners and donors, with a focus on increasing the financial
Home as well as in the qualification of social delivery;
• Support actions to build loyalty among partners and donors, by defining a benchmark
relationship;
• Develop projects to raise funds in alignment with the corporate area and the
immediate leadership through methodologies defined for such activity;
• Monitor the execution of the projects captured and promote monitoring of the
physical-financial schedule, in order to meet the expected deadlines and the correct application
resources according to work plans;
• Support in the preparation of accountability reports for all resources
collected, donations, agreements, among others, complying with deadlines and fulfilling the
deliveries to donors;
• Support in the planning and organization of events to mobilize resources in
Home;
• Monitor the registration of donations received with the responsible sector, ensuring the
accounting records and reporting to donors;
• Participate, when necessary, in the agendas of Law Councils and others
equipment of the municipality's Social Assistance Network, through representation
institutional of the House with other members defined by the Coordination;
• Support in the preparation of fundraising materials, such as official letters,
presentations, among others.
