The professional will work with admission and dismissal processes, documentation controls, payroll, electronic time control, vacations, leave, bonuses, terminations, perform personnel control through activities such as preparing payrolls, determining vacation periods and terminations, as well as dismissing and hiring workers for a corporation, preparing routine reports, maintaining control of a company's employees, providing assistance to them, including and excluding employees in medical and dental assistance, providing guidance, clarification and assistance in solving employee problems, in the social and benefits area, also involving social security routines (INSS), control of absences and monitoring of members, performing payroll calculations, social charges (FGTS, INSS and IR), admission and dismissal processes, working with social connectivity, CAGED, RAIS and DIRF information, performing GRRF termination calculations, vacation control, benefits administration, time control, union contributions and assistance fees, among other activities inherent to the department. personnel, guide and execute tasks related to the entire personnel routine, which involves admissions, dismissals, documentation controls, payroll, vacations, bonuses, terminations, etc., organize and control the workers' routine.
