Description of the activities that the professional will perform:
• Develop a process management model together with specialized consultancy;
• Carry out process mapping and monitor its development with area leaders;
• Analyze the processes of the areas with the aim of identifying opportunities for improvement/optimization and the need for control points, propose and implement solutions for these points;
• Propose and promote systemic or process changes, aiming to increase efficiency and operational quality;
• Promote better connection between the interface areas involved in the company's processes;
• Implement and manage the company's OKRs/KPIs together with specialized consultancy;
• Monitor the performance of business KPIs against targets and identify trends, opportunities and risks;
• Develop management monitoring reports, creating, developing and monitoring KPIs that are crucial for business management;
• Be a strategic partner to area leaders, providing insights and data-driven decision-making recommendations;
• Manage analyses that influence strategy and decisions related to the business;
Requirements:
• Completed Higher Education in Engineering, Administration or related areas;
• Knowledge of data analysis and process modeling tools;
• Experience in strategic, process or indicator management functions (desirable);
• Experience with implementing management by indicators and process mapping (desirable)
