Project Analyst

General Job Description:
Ensure that projects are implemented in the most efficient way possible, executed within budget and within the expected deadline, in addition to obtaining the expected qualitative/quantitative results;
– Increase efficiency in the chain by disseminating the culture and executing projects to support all Logistics in the search for operational excellence.
– Interact with different hierarchical levels, including adapting the structures of storage locations in accordance with current regulations.
– Prospect disruptive approaches, technological evolution, reduction of business costs, optimization of time, increase in productivity, increase in revenue and increase in competitiveness.
– Ensure the dissemination of the culture of innovation, differentiated approaches, analysis and execution of ideas;
– Evaluate synergies and process simplification.

Main Activities:
– Act as a project executor (development and PMO) leading multidisciplinary teams in highly complex projects, ensuring deadlines and charging those responsible for activities using agile methodologies;
– Identify improvements in processes, propose new projects and ideas that transform the business, structuring all stages and influencing the areas involved for their viability;
– Assess project feasibility by putting together a Business Case, identifying Capex and Opex needs, and the qualitative and quantitative gains of projects, considering depreciation, WACC, payback and cash flow.
– Manage performance indicators related to budgets, expenses, transfers, productivity, people, among others.
– Guide and support the team/peers in projects;
– Support the implementation of new technologies such as WMS (Warehouse Management System), TMS (Transportation Management System) and tracking systems.
– Evaluate solutions for logistics automation, such as lockers, drones or artificial intelligence applied to logistics.

– Completed higher education in Humanities or Exact Sciences (preferably Engineering, Economics and Administration or related);
– Postgraduate degree / MBA desirable.

CERTIFICATIONS:
Project management, Black Belt, World Class Manufacturing and Six Sigma (will be a differential).

Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in the areas of Logistics Projects and/or related areas.

Specific knowledge:
Office package, with Excel – advanced
Project – desirable
Basic Autocad – desirable

Methodologies and Techniques:
PMBOK / Project Management;
Agile methodology desirable.

Languages:
