Knowledge
Knowledge of the selection process involving: Profile Analysis, interviews, application of tests, preparation of reports, dynamics. Basic knowledge of administration processes and labor legislation. Excel, Word, Power Point (intermediate level). Desirable 1 year of experience in the area of activity and/or related areas.
Responsibilities
Assist in the routines of the personnel administration area. Perform timekeeping, absence and medical certificate control, analyzing all legal and operational aspects. Monitor periodic and dismissal exams. Perform profile analysis, advertise vacancies, schedule interviews, screen resumes, conduct group dynamics, individual interviews, and administer tests. Organize interview and activity schedules. Monitor and guide team members in completing their tasks in accordance with established procedures.
