HR Analyst

We are looking for a Human Resources professional to join our industrial unit in Lucas do Rio Verde/MT as an HR Analyst. Our team is responsible for ensuring that our company continues to be an incredible place to work, where employees feel valued, developed and supported in their careers.

Responsibilities:
* Recruitment and Selection: You will be responsible for attracting, evaluating and selecting the best talent to join our team. Your expertise in this area is essential to ensure that we continue to hire people who fit perfectly into our culture and our team.

*Onboarding and Manager Support: You will be the point of contact for our new employees during the onboarding process, ensuring they feel welcomed, engaged and ready to contribute from day one. Additionally, you will provide support to our managers on HR-related matters.

*Talent Identification and Development: You will be responsible for identifying and developing talent within our unit to ensure we have the right people in the right roles and that our employees have opportunities for continued growth and development.

*Personnel Movements and HR Policies: You will be responsible for ensuring that personnel movements are carried out in accordance with our policies and employment laws, as well as helping to develop and implement HR policies that promote a positive and productive work environment.

*Communication and Internal Marketing: You will be responsible for ensuring effective and transparent communication within the company, promoting our brand among our employees and providing support in other HR-related functions, as needed.

*Personnel Administration: You will be responsible for managing contractual relations with our employees, working from admission, managing working hours, vacations, dismissal, etc.

Requirements and qualifications:
*Degree in Human Resources, Administration or related areas.
*Experience in Recruitment and Selection, Onboarding, and other HR-related functions.
*Knowledge of labor legislation.
*Previous experience with modular systems focused on Personnel Management.
*Experience working with Talent mapping and development is desirable.
*Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
