Brief description of the expected profile
SENIOR ERP SYSTEMS ANALYST (ADVPL Development)
– Description of activities:
– Follow the procedures established by the company’s compliance department.
– Control the work by taking care of documentation, approval, communication,
validation until delivery of the work.
– Develop ADVPL programs, from screens, reports, JOBs and Integration of
systems by API always based on a description of the root cause of the problem and/or
scope of changes approved.
– Provide level 2 support for the ERP system and ADVPL programming.
– Support and collaborate in Level 1 IT support to locate and determine the cause
root of errors or problems.
– Identify technological solutions for the work. Have an understanding of the
business and customer needs.
– Produce documents of: test evidence; test script; technical parameters;
user orientation.
– Provide support by telephone, calls, email, communication tool
internally or in person.
– Update the ERP system such as patches, binaries and others related to
he.
– Cooperate in multidisciplinary work and projects in the IT area.
– Configure new or existing ERP services.
Requirements:
– Complete Higher Education;
– Solid experience in the area (solid experience)
– Programming in ADVPL (solid experience);
-Solid knowledge of programming in the Protheus system
– Knowledge in Support but the focus will be on development
– Knowledge of the ERP structure;
– Know the Protheus update process (patches, upddistr);
– Program in SQL;
– Know how the Protheus system modules work – Billing,
Purchasing, Inventory, Tax, Financial, Accounting, Fixed Assets.
– Knowledge of Agile and Scrum.
– Change management process.
Desirable:
– Knowledge of Power BI is desirable.
– SCRUM/AGILE certification.
– ISO 9001 integration.
