ACTIVITIES
• Carry out market research on suppliers and service providers – qualifications and prices, seeking to identify purchasing opportunities;
• Conduct and control the company's strategic purchases, supporting the demand planning process when necessary, criticizing purchasing levels, safety stock and programming parameters;
• Make purchases of administrative materials (office, pantry, cleaning and maintenance) to replenish stock or upon call demand;
• Negotiate with suppliers, aiming to close purchases under the best conditions of price, quality, deadline and in accordance with the current purchasing policy;
• Control stocks and points of purchase;
• Keep inventory records up to date (inclusion and exclusion of assets);
• Manage service and lease contracts – from assessment and technical scope, negotiation, purchase and formalization of contract, as well as control of payments for services provided and SLA;
• Manage and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of properties, furniture and equipment, ensuring adequate installations, within safety standards and in good condition and functioning;
• Receive, operationalize (quote, purchase and issue tickets/vouchers/reservations) and monitor requests for corporate travel and accommodation in order to guarantee the SLA (deadline, security and comfort) of service and budget;
• Manage vehicle fleet, keep documentation up to date, monitor infractions and arrange tax settlement (IPVA, DPVAT and licensing);
• Conduct and monitor the updating of property insurance;
• Manage with a third-party company for archiving and storage, digitization and access to various documents, keeping all controls (internal and digital platform) always updated;
• Manage and store documents (Contracts in general);
• Assist in reviewing internal policies in the Purchasing area;
• Support in budget management and area indicators.

REQUIREMENTS
• Completed Higher Education in Administration or related areas;
• Knowledge of Asset Management, Facilities, Negotiation Techniques, Auditing and Inventory, Contract Management is required;
• Desirable knowledge in Financial Mathematics, Financial Planning, Process Management;
• Advanced Office package.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• Temporary employment contract lasting 180 days (6 months);
• Place of work: Granja Marileusa – Uberlandia / MG;
• Working hours: 08:30 to 18:18 from Monday to Friday;
• Hybrid regime: 2 days a week in person / 3 days a week remotely.
