Description of the activities that the professional will perform:
Perform control, location and maintenance of documents and information related to accounts receivable, in accordance with defined practices and routines, securities movements, bank reconciliation and cash flow control;
Prepare and analyze financial reports, contributing to strategic decision-making. Participate in implementations of financial process improvements;
Negotiation with customers to settle debts, involving aspects such as deadlines, discounts, interest and return of goods;
Contact customers to resolve pending issues related to billing;
Prepare reports with the status of outstanding invoices and payments received;
Calculate interest and other financial charges on late invoice payments;
Analysis and study of customers for granting credit, analyzing the company's economic profile, financial information, granting or rejecting credit in accordance with company policy.
Requirements:
Completed higher education in Financial Management, Administration, Accounting or related areas.
Experience in the activities described.
