enter information and data into spreadsheets in the company system;
control and organize received and sent files;
keep various records up to date;
check, catalog and archive documents;
provide initial support to customers and suppliers;
monitor office supplies and request replenishment;
check the movement of incoming and outgoing correspondence;
collaborate in organizing agendas and task calendars;
monitor and issue invoices for the sector;
monitor supplier payment deadlines;
provide support in different internal processes of the company, monitoring and assisting in the routine demands of the area.
