– SECTOR: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

- RESPONSIBILITY:
– Perform administrative and bureaucratic processes related to the registration, licensing, transfer and regularization of vehicles in conjunction with traffic agencies, ensure that all necessary documentation is processed efficiently and accurately, prepare and organize documents necessary for registrations, transfers, perform queries and updates in information systems of traffic agencies (such as DETRAN), Support in the issuance and monitoring of payment slips and guides related to dispatch services, assist in financial administration routines: accounts payable, receivable and billing.

REMUNERATION AND BENEFITS:
– SALARY: 2,000.00 – 2,500.00
– RESTAURANT – DISCOUNT R$ 21.00 (MONTH);
– MEDICAL INSURANCE: INTERMEDICA S/ CO PART;
– PORTO SEGURO DENTAL AGREEMENT

Working Hours
– |Scale: 08H TO 18H-
– |1:12 BREAK-
– |MONDAY TO FRIDAY
– |Face-to-Face Work
– |CLT regime.

REQUIREMENTS
– Verbal and written communication skills
– Basic computer knowledge (Office package)
– Good interpersonal skills, Organization and attention to detail and ability to multitask
– MINIMUM AGE 23 YEARS
– HAVE EASY ACCESS TO THE Alphaville – BARUERI REGION
