Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
Perform control of accounts payable and receivable.
Make payments and register them in the financial system.
Issue and check invoices and payment slips.
Record and monitor the clinic's cash flow.
Organize and feed financial spreadsheets for management analysis.
Control the clinic's expenses and income, organizing monthly reports.
Materials and Purchasing Management:
Carry out quotations and purchases of dental and administrative materials.
Control the stock of materials, ensuring adequate supply.
Keep up-to-date records of suppliers and contracts.
Control the acquisition and distribution of team uniforms.
Control of Goals and Indicators:
Monitor and record the achievement of clinic goals.
Feed spreadsheets of financial and operational indicators.
Present organized data for management to make strategic decisions.
Administrative Routines:
Organization of financial and administrative documents and files.
Control and update of data in the clinic management system.
Support in internal audits and compliance with accounting and tax processes.
Requirements:
Education: Technical or Higher Education in Administration, Accounting, Financial Management or related areas.
Preferably for people with experience. Or if you don't have experience, you could be studying for a degree in Administration or Accounting.
I prefer organized people who are able to perform multiple checks and have the ability to concentrate.
