Job responsibilities:
Answer and resolve candidates' queries via telephone and email;
Provide clear and accurate information about selection processes, public tenders, schedules, results and registration procedures;
Assist candidates in using online registration and results consultation platforms;
Register and monitor requests and complaints from candidates, ensuring feedback within established deadlines;
Analyze simple documents;
Keep frequently asked questions databases up to date and collaborate with the continuous improvement of service processes;
Forward specific demands to the responsible areas, when necessary.
Requirements:
Completed high school (higher education in progress will be an advantage);
Previous experience with customer service, technical support or customer service;
Excellent verbal and written communication;
Ability to organize information and provide clear and efficient service;
Ease of dealing with service platforms.
Differentials:
Previous experience in assisting candidates in selection processes or public tenders;
Familiarity with competition management platforms, registration systems and results consultation;
Basic knowledge of computers and use of tools such as email, customer service systems and spreadsheets;
Experience with customer service in high-demand environments with a high volume of requests.
