Purchasing Assistant

Issuing purchase orders in the ERP system;
Launching of invoices in the ERP system;
Organization of documents and files;
Monitoring and charging for returns on purchase budgets and on deliveries of materials we purchase;
Support to suppliers/internal customers;
Assist in purchasing processes and supply sector activities.
Schedule: Monday to Thursday 8am to 6pm and Friday 8am to 5pm.

Essential for the position: Previous experience in the activities described. Experience with ERP System (preferably Protheus/Totvs), Knowledge of the office package.
