Job Description: Human Resources Assistant

Job Purpose:
The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for supporting activities related to people management, in addition to ensuring compliance with legal and labor obligations.

Main Activities:

Control and update registration information in the people management system.
Perform time control, shifts and assist in calculating the payroll.
Issue reports on attendance, absenteeism and other indicators related to the area.
Organize and file documents and receipts related to the labor area.
Assist in fulfilling ancillary obligations, such as eSocial, RAIS, CAGED and other tax and labor obligations.
Will participate in hearings.

Requirements:

High school diploma; technical or higher education course in Human Resources, Administration or related areas desirable.
Basic knowledge of labor legislation and HR department routines.
Knowledge of Office Package.
Familiarity with people management systems (Senior System).
Good communication and organization.
Proactivity and ability to deal with deadlines and confidential information.
Previous experience in HR or personnel department is desirable.

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 18:00 and Fridays from 08:00 to 17:00
