Call Center Attendant

We are looking for a Call Center Attendant to join our team at AEC CENTRO DE CONTATOS, located in Vila Mariana/Santa Cruz.
If you have good oral and written communication skills, completed high school, computer knowledge and flexible hours, this is an opportunity that could be perfect for you.

As a customer service representative, you will be the point of contact between our customers and the company, answering incoming and outgoing calls, providing information and technical support, and resolving issues efficiently and in a friendly manner.
Your ability to communicate clearly and warmly is essential to ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

In addition to excellent communication skills, we expect you to have basic computer skills to handle answering and call management systems.
Schedule availability is crucial as our contact center operates shifts that may include mornings, afternoons and evenings, as well as weekends, depending on the needs of the business.
