Responsibilities:

Answer and resolve customer queries about cosmetic products.
Provide after-sales support and manage exchange/return requests.
Keep up to date with the latest launches and trends in the cosmetics market.
Assist customers in choosing the most suitable products for their needs.
Record interactions with customers in the service system.

Requirements:
Completed high school.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to solve problems and deal with conflict situations.
Proactivity and willingness to learn about new products.
