REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Be at least 18 years old;
Academic background: Completed high school;
Clear and persuasive communication;
Ability to identify customer needs;
Troubleshooting;
Emotional intelligence;
Empathy, active listening;
Basic computer knowledge;
Preferably live close to or have easy access to the Atento São Caetano do Sul Unit.
