What you will do:
– Assist in the registration, classification and inventories of assets;
– Control of fixed assets;
– Carry out the control, organization and archiving of documents relating to the company’s assets;
– Ensure compliance with established deadlines;
– Support for other administrative activities related to the Heritage Sector;
– Sending and receiving materials;
– Control of entry and exit of products, materials and inputs;
– Request for replacement of materials;
– Organization of materials in general.
