Kitchen Assistant Vacancy – BURGER STORE

Profit sharing – average 400 to 600 reais

Main Activities:
Carry out pre-production and portioning of ingredients;
Assist in assembling burgers;
Replenish supplies during operation;
Operate the fryer, ensuring quality in the frying processes;
Check orders and order notes and pack delivery orders;
Assist in closing the kitchen;
Assist with general cleaning of the kitchen according to the schedule;
Support the platemaker as needed.
Working Hours:
Shift: 5×2, totaling 44 hours per week (2 days off per week)
Days off: fixed on Mondays and Tuesdays, with one Sunday off per month (replacing a Tuesday off).
Opening hours: Wednesday to Saturday, from 2pm to 11:30pm; and Sunday, from 1:30pm to 10:30pm.
Requirements:
Proven experience in the kitchen, preferably burger joint
Living close to the center of the island
Good communication
Know how to work as a team
