Office Assistant

• Reception and customer service by telephone, in person, via email, WhatsApp or information system. 

• Negotiation/Intermediation of Proposals for Leases and Renewals between Tenants and Owners;

• Scheduling property visits;

• Receiving and organizing records, and carrying out registration queries;

• Preparation / Amendment / Organization of Contracts and various Documents.  

• Carrying out processes related to property rental 

• Intermediate negotiations for repairs and maintenance in properties

• Selection, editing and organization of photos for real estate advertising.

• Real estate ads with organization and image editing 

• Short trips to notary offices and banks.   

• Keep clean and organized, picking up trash, making coffee, and replenishing materials as needed.

 

REAL ESTATE ASSISTANT I 

Salary value: 2,087.00 + commission – Between 200.00 and 500.00

fuel assistance 290.00 paid on paycheck

meal voucher: 600.00

 

Working hours

Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 18:00 (1 hour break)
