Responsibilities:
Provide customer service via e-commerce and by phone
Respond to customer messages and questions with cordiality, friendliness and empathy, focusing on problem solving, mediation and customer satisfaction.
Analyze and open calls for impact removal, freight changes and merchandise returns
Assist in routines of other departments in the administrative area
Requirements:
Experience in Office package and administrative routines
Easy access to Vila Guilherme, SP
Good interpersonal relationships
Be proactive

Cordiality
Availability for immediate start
Desirable:
Knowledge in E-commerce (Free Market)
Higher education in administrative areas
Availability for overtime (if necessary)
Time:
Monday to Thursday, 8am to 6pm, Friday 8am to 5pm
