The Cleaning Assistant will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the environments, ensuring hygiene and organization of the spaces. In addition, he/she will work as part of a team, developing cooperative actions for better work development. Autonomy will also be essential, as the professional must perform his/her tasks independently, without constant supervision.
It is important that the candidate has technical knowledge of cleaning, and should use the appropriate products and equipment for each type of surface. Communication is also an essential skill for this position, as the Cleaning Assistant will need to communicate with other employees and also with customers, when necessary.
Another skill we look for is diligence, that is, we expect the professional to be careful and pay attention to detail, ensuring that everything is always clean and in order. Working in an organized and methodical manner will also be essential to carry out activities efficiently and with quality.
Requirements:
– Previous experience as a Cleaning Assistant will be considered an advantage;
