Check service orders with maintenance requests daily to prioritize tasks.
Carry out daily rounds of the hotel premises.
Perform minor electrical repairs such as changing light bulbs, fuses, switches, circuit breakers and power circuits (sockets).
Perform minor plumbing repairs such as changing taps, showers, changing pipes, siphons, registers, valves, unclogging sinks, toilets and drains, among other items.
Assist with more complex repairs to the hotel's plumbing, using tools.
Assist with painting services for large areas.
Note on the checklist the status of the inspected location, date and necessary treatment (repair, replacement, request for a third-party company or warranty). Monitoring of outsourced services.
Comply with and apply the company's standards, procedures and philosophy, and maintain personal posture and presentation.
Provide support for Kenfix Maintenance tasks when necessary, among other activities.
