Production Assistant – Santa Luzia – MG

Handle production line equipment, turning it on, off and restarting it when necessary and in accordance with production procedures;
Supply production line machines with inputs (bottles, lids, boxes and inputs in general), aiming to achieve the expected productivity and quality standards;
Carry out control of consumption and losses on the production line, recording the information on the appropriate form and forwarding it to the Line Leader;
Remove burrs from bottles in order to maintain quality control in accordance with required standards;
Make pallets and close boxes of finished products;
Carry out activities to ensure product quality in accordance with the work instructions for manufactured products;
Immediately inform your immediate superior or other departments of any adverse situations relating to production, equipment, personnel or the environment that may interfere with the product;
Act in accordance with the company's Code of Ethics and Conduct, following the principles, ethical values and defined rules of behavior.
Participate in Daily Safety Dialogues at the beginning of the day, learning about risk aspects and conditions at work, correct use of PPE and EPC, and becoming aware of the work scheduled for the day and/or week, with the aim of avoiding accidents and unsafe conditions;
Carry out activities in accordance with the guidelines and priorities of the determined services, complying with standards, procedures, safety, environmental, quality and social responsibility aspects;
Keep the workplace, equipment and materials clean and organized in order to maintain good conditions of use and preserve occupational health and environmental aspects;
Perform other related activities as instructed by the immediate superior;
Perform the activities described in Autonomous Maintenance.
