You will be responsible for assisting in screening resumes, carrying out telephone pre-selections and monitoring candidates throughout the selection process.
In addition, you will be required to collaborate in organizing interviews, recruitment events and other activities related to the HR department.
The candidate must demonstrate commitment, attention to detail and effective communication skills.
Previous experience in recruitment and selection is a plus, but not mandatory.
We are looking for someone with good organizational skills, proactivity and a results-oriented profile.
Work will be performed in an office environment, during business hours.
