RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTIONS:
Responsible for keeping the entire restaurant clean, ensuring that all environments are sanitized, in accordance with Health Surveillance standards for receiving goods, employees and customers;
Responsible for organizing cleaning supplies and stocking containers of soap, gel, paper towels and toilet paper in all locations where these products are used;
Responsible for operating the dishwasher (plates and glasses), cleaning utensils, containers and pans;
Responsible for the correct storage of utensils, dishes and containers, ensuring agility when using them;
Follow the good practices manual.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Complete High School and/or Technical Education;
Availability of hours, including weekends and holidays;
Over 18 years old.
