Activities:
Perform general maintenance of the property, including cleaning, conservation and minor repairs.
Take care of gardens, lawns and outdoor areas, carrying out pruning, irrigation and pest control.
Ensure the security of the site, monitoring access and reporting any irregularities.
Perform minor repairs to plumbing, electrical and masonry as needed.
Take care of pets or livestock, if necessary.
Operate equipment and tools for maintenance, ensuring their proper functioning.
Responsibilities:
Keep internal and external environments organized and clean.
Comply with safety standards and ensure the integrity of the property.
Work responsibly and committedly, ensuring a well-maintained environment.
Report any structural problems or repair needs to management.
Requirements:
Completed elementary education.
Previous experience in the role will be an advantage.
Knowledge of gardening, building maintenance and minor repairs.
Organization, responsibility and commitment.
Benefits:
Salary R$ 3,000.00 + Meal Voucher + Food Voucher + Transportation Voucher + Life Insurance
Working hours: Monday to Friday, allowing weekends free for rest and personal activities.
